- With our courier partners, G4S Fulfillment, we ship to any address in Kenya. Orders can only be placed and delivered within Kenya.
1.2 Shipping Cost
- Instore Pickup Fee: Free
- For orders over KES 100,000 – We offer free shipping countrywide.
- For orders from KES 99,999 and below – Shipping rate is dependent on product price. See table below.
- At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

1.3 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed at the same day if ordered before 4 P.M, from Monday to Saturday.
- All orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.

2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Techzone Gadgets 254, we understand your order may need slight adjustment. That’s why we have straightforward return and exchange policy, provided the following criteria is met below:

- Restocking Fee: None
- Refund Time: Within 10 working days
- Shipping Cost for Returns: Free

2.2 How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Return Authorization
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If your return is not accepted, we’ll make an attempt to return the item to you via email at techzonegadget254@gmail.com and/or via call at 0726000163. In case where we will not reach you or get any response from you, within 2 working days, we will grant you a grace period of 5 working days to reach us out, thereafter, the item will be forfeited and you will not be eligible to claim back the item.

Step 3: Packaging and Shipping
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.3 Refunds
